The bigger fault with the system (IMO) is companies like Penneystockchaiser. They pump out hype which gets a lot of attention then dump which also gets alot of attention. Thus,,a serious investor may decide to not get involved. Then the shorts cash in as the pps drops. Bad cycle and bad for the company and bad for the serious investor. PSC is not my friend. JMO
