I ran out of posts to make. My friend still says the screen cap is legit. I personally don't know what to think. If they leaked it a bit early its fishy that the news never came back online.

Perhaps it was too early. Who knows. I don't think we will hear much before Friday. In my opinion they will not let the court make a SJ ruling. They will want to settle this to make it look like they are the good guys in the public eyes.

Can you imagine what would happen to the market if the court announces that FDIC and JPM fucked WAMU over by ruling in WAMU's fav.

IMHO they will spin this baby and coat it with chocolate to make it seem like they are the good guys. And if Wamu is getting enough money they will play along. This country can not sustain another crash.
