Direct TV in Northern New Jersey testing channels 490 and 491
channel 491 says Test 2 SAT A(101) Even Txp 18V
Channel 490 says Test 1 SAT A(101) Odd Txp 13V

Q-Television website says Q-Television is now available on C-Band Intelsat 13 (120 degrees west) on Transponder 18 I don't know what any of it means. Does any one know if any of this relates to each other?
