Corpinfo? when will the Lien by Schlumberger on the Eberle well in Bastrop be paid off?

The Lien was filed 6/26/2007 for the amount of $289,774.03 for non payment of debt owed for fracturing the Eberle well.

Why would you promote this well while it has a lien on it?

Did you tell the shareholder committee members before taking their money?
