This isn't priced where it is due to short selling. That's a ridiculous idea.

It's simply hard to place a value on a non-existent business.

Some more hype might push it higher, but it is difficult to tell how much interest the source of the hype still has in it. That's really the bottom line on whether RMDM still has another pop left in it.
