Interesting posts for a bankrupt company. For those playing this stock you had better under bankruptcy laws - policies and procedures (both state and federal). A court decision does not necessarily translate into a cash infusion to the stock holders. The debt holders (of which the FDIC & the Feds, [and possibly the Preferreds])will be assigned any assets forthcoming into the parent company. Always keep in mind this is a bankrupt company and bankruptcy laws will be adhered to, and no other, until the company is discharged from bankrupty (if the parent company makes such application). The equity team can give guidance to the bankruptcy court on how funds are to be allocated, but it is the court that makes the last and final decision - not a commitee!
