TXMC and RTEK a while back and have been out of touch with their goings on. My experience with pennies has been once they have a nice run most seldom recover from the profit taking. In their buisness my sense is they won't make any money as long as gov'ts allow tire companies to dispose of their waste tires thru landfills, or companies can prove to turn a profit thru recycling technology and subsequent sales of byproduct materials. Now if it were to be Mandated that tires Must be recycled then you will be able to retire early! Cheers and again thanks for the info!
