When I emailed Graham the last week regarding the TMH acquisition being on schedule to close by March 15 and whether BEDA is already purchasing shares in the open market he only responded with regards to the TMH acquisition. Take that for what it's worth, but I tend to think the next thing we hear from the company regarding the buyback is the amount of shares they have already purchased in the open market.
