The sad part is, I never thought everybody that claimed NSS was truly NSS. I had issues with followers way back when with regards to companies that didn't seem real to the issue because it derailed from the real issues. Today is no different than a decade ago and all that has stayed the same is me.

NSS abuse is real. I believe that. mechanically, the way it is imposed has changed to adjust to new regulations but it still exists - to some degree.

That being said, there remains an entire contingency that believes NSS exists when it does not and misuses the evidence to prove a point. The daily short volume report is such misuse of evidence and I have spent the last month trying to debunk those that intentionally misrepresent what it means.

Rarely will I speak out against a particular company one way or another because I think more global and less singular. I have my exceptions. I know nothing of this company so I don't speak for or against relative to shorts. I do speak on expertise to the data and the data is being misused here and elsewhere. those that misuse it do so because they believed others and not our of intent (IMO) but without correction they too hurt the ultimate goal and cause.
