Why XMDC is a Scam?

1. No proof of the so called Borharp if it still exists or not.
2. No written document of bioharp asset purchase
3. Everything CEO says is not delivered
4. Creating a hype in the stock price by putting counter for the website release
5. Faking the move to Otcbb which is actually required by the SEC
6. Huge OS, so dilution can be anytime be aware
7. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is a SCAM 99% of the time
