Yes...couldn't even get anyone on the phone for 20-30 mins. Finally got someone to tell me they has a system wide problem that "should" be taken care of by 10:30. I asked if they were doing anything to compensate for lost time and he said "yes, we are taking trades and giving quotes by phone." BS, they better give up some free trades
