IMO they are a part of the AS. but it reads unissued. Initially. there was no statement to retirement and where it would be nice to speculate. That however is yet to be determined. The fact is that Temporarily the OS is reduced roughly 200,000,000 shares, rocks. a few good PR's and this can run to the sky before and if the co sells those shares back to the market.
