People need to understand why the PPS is where it is for RMDM.
1.Investors have gotten confused with RMDM and the ULA, and not to there falt.
2. Investors do not know what the selling price is for ULA and what it brings to RMDM. Allthough some details have be provided.
3. Innotrek from their own filing says it's worth 5 million USD.
4. Innotrek from it's own filing says it has recieved funding from the Chinese Government for the use in fiscal year 2010.
5.Innotrek is close to a deal (merger) with Loadcom.
6. There is not much info on the assets of Loadcom.
I'm sure I've left out somethings. I'm still undecided on the ULA thing as it ties with it many shareholders that got in just on that. I orginally got in on both ULA and Innotrek. I understand the ULA was recently purchased by RMDM and then tobe sold off very quickly there afterwards. Very Confusing to an investor and rightfully so. Does this make RMDM anyless of a Co? NO, I do not believe so. Remember you are trading paper at only 1 point in time. Very confusing time I may add. You put your money in here on what if's and But's in the first place.
I believe that once the smoke settles in about 3 weeks. RMDM will be standing in a better position then it is today. Can RMDM go out and buy some other CO. to complement it's Innotrek divsion YES. Will they, I don't know.
Think about it a liquor Co. div. along with a Traffic Saftey Monitoring System and internet-Hi tech. div. Dealing with law enforcement stopping such violators ie. Drunk Driver ,speeders along with a liquor Dept. Might as well have a drive thru window at the police station for a cocktail and see how far you go. I think the seperation of the 2 (ULA - Innotrek)will only strenghthen each Co.

I'm in it for the other side, the seperation of the 2. Innotrek with the Chinese Government Contracts. I think this is why Marine-1 is here too. Look at his profile. He spends alot of time in China. JMHO
