THMFW would have ruled against us months ago if so. Think about it... If it were not in our favor - dont you think the FDIC and JPMC would be pushing for her to come to a decision?

IF we get a cash settlemet - it will just be cash. I dont believe we will have $XX.XX WAMUQ tradable shares.
