How many billions of unregistered CMKX shares does it take before the SEC will actually realize something illegal is going on and delists it ?

Answer: The exact amount of time that it took them to put a suspension in place and file to revoke the company's registration.

CMKX is a prime example of the SEC taking action and revoking the company's registration then filing suit against the criminals who perpratated the fraud.
