Ibiz has always been essentially a screw-up distribution company. Although I would like them to get it right this time, I'll go with the assumption that PPS runups are temporary and more likely driven by MMs and feeding frenzy.

As I am writing, the price is .0112 and still rising. Although it might still hit .014/.015 purely on fluctuation, I doubt it can go that much higher without news.
