my dad, wife and I going to check this property out tommorrow..
a Doctor who died off had it built in '67 but has upgraded
thermopane windows and such..all hardwoood floors, fireplace
room has granite floor and asking is only $189K..
land lays real good..
mature maple tree lined 200ft+ paved driveway..etc.

figure my Dad (80) can buy him a JoHn Deere tractor and play farmer on 6 acres of pasture land..and/or have land for my kids to build them houses or whatever....I blurred out phone number..
