As I understand there were dulpicates Weil had..probably using this as a way to disallow EC...The duplicates were taken off today, signed by J Walraith>>>

Here's a reprint of todays action..


(on p.2 of link 3) "Twenty-Second Omnibus Objection is in the best interest of the Debtors, their creditors, and all parties in interest; and the Court having determined that the legal and factual bases set forth in the Twenty-Second Omnibus Objection establish just cause for the relief granted herein; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it is
ORDERED that the Twenty-Second Omnibus Objection is GRANTED as set forth herein; and it is further
ORDERED that each claim listed on Exhibit A hereto and listed in the column marked "Amended Claim to be Expunged" is hereby disallowed in its entirety; and it is further..."

Please note both $39.8b (claim 3515 from Chicago policeman's annuity) and $9.8b (claim 3744 from IRS) are included in above-mentioned Exhibit A.
