WAMU was fairly valued at $52 Billion pre-seizure or $30.58 pps of common stock.

That's the only acceptable settlement offer.

Considering that JPM has already made billions of dollars off the illegal seizure of WAMU, a $52 billion settlement or $30.58 pps common should be considered a bargain -- one that may keep Dimon and cohorts out of jail.
