I was a little pessimistic as it turned out. I hope I am not being optimistic here. I've looked at the Level II again and it looks a little squiggly, but I think it is very rare for a stock in the sub-penny area to triple and not at least hit .01 when NITE is driving the bus.

If you have LII, watch NITE: it is the principal market maker driving this stock. If you're not that into it, try setting your 1/2 limit order for .011. If it hits .01, it will probably seek higher.

IMHO, of course.
