Nokia settlement coming AFTER hearing IMO

I think it likely there will be a settlement by Nokia that IDCC can live with. BUT, if I was Nokia, why settle before all the cards are laid on the table at the evidentiary hearing in January.

I bet Nokia takes a reading of the arbitration panel in January and settles within 4 weeks of the hearing - before its decision is published. Just my opinion.

I feel very strongly that the positive momentum is with IDCC, that's its gaining every week.

Analyst Scot Robertson is right on in so many of his observations in his most recent analystb report - including that folks who do not get a position in IDCC soon may miss out on a major share price jump.

A couple of weeks ago Jim Lurgio wrote, "Lot's of interest today on IHUB. Some 79,000 posts have been reviewed." There will be incredible interest in IDCC in near term, I believe.
