in and of itself, a comment like "we aim to" ordinarily wouldn't instill alot of confidence. the difference is that i'm already very confident in this. i know what i'm holding, so i'm more inclinded to give some credence to a statement like that from the company. everyday i've been posting how many days are left until the end of march. the truth is that even if they miss that date, and it bleeds into april, i'm ok with that. i know that they're coming, and i'm very confident that they will be very favorable, and i'm confident that their release will spark quite a rally of the pps. i also believe that once they are released, in short order the outcome of all this speculation will begin to come into focus. the beauty of it all is that there is enough information available that each person can make up their own mind about this. i've made my mind up and i'm simply counting the days until it all comes to fruition.
