I think I may have answered some of my questions, not sure.
1.)I believe they do have to cover, but obviously there is no one making them do it in a timely matter because this stock is past the 35 days required to cover. Obviously, because who could ever fathom 500+bil as the example you mention??!!
1.)And, I think the MM banks on covering whenever they want and when the stock is priced where they make money or can get out with little loss. As in.... this can literally go on for years and when the PPS finally tanks, hmmm... it's cover time!
Not sure if this is true, but I think this cycle can go on and on with no so called enforcement...
