You can not know this, financials are not out.. period Okt-dec `09, and Jan-Feb `10..? 2 In this period is posible company dilute.. we dont know.!!!!! thats the fact..

Only becourse he is CEO, he could get a listing on GME whitout TPHM or he is using TPHM and also us as investors..

Its forbidden for an CEO to give information about future PR releases.. even 5 PR`s named,.... I have doubts he gave this number..

TPHM itselve will not make dollars in the future, there will be a new name, and company formed.. in the future, and I want to know how the new share will do, when this stops to trade. Private financing could meen a lot of shares getting ready to dump later..

Dont get me wrong, I am also invested in tphm, and made nice trades already.. but from the beginning not all my questions where answered.. These answers make my DD total,. I hope the best for all investors, and I hope this is not a fake, so that we could lose our money.. Its taking long this new CEO gives more ditails about this merger.
Do you own DD and dont let all the spam and fantasies lead you into buy this stock, it can fall to. We seen this from 0.0044-0.0016 days later.. If you buy on P2D`s or vally-vieuw0`s DD than they are the one you can complain later.. not me.. they only see in this merger TPHM is a 20/30/40 milion dollar company. Now marked cap =1.2 milion if this gets a pps 5 cents,. Tphm would be a 30 milion dollar company.. (I cant believe this.. ) sorry
