TPHM found a new CEO late last year so the he could Reverse Merge his PRIVATE company into this ticker, only to turn around and DILUTE before the MERGE is even complete?
I don't think so............nothing you say makes any sense at all!
The truth is this:
1. Late last year TPHM finds a NEW CEO, they pick him specifically bc he has a PRIVATE COMPANY that can bring value to the Shareholders of TPHM!
2. Ever since Harold Halman showed up at TPHM, there has been NO DILUTION! NONE! ZERO! NADA!
3. CEO is fast at work to clear up all old debt and get TPHM on the road to being DEBT free!
4. CEO releases NEWS letting everyone know of his intentions to Reverse Merge his private company into the TPHM shell, thus taking his company PUBLIC!
5. Various SHAREHOLDERS have contacted CEO and have all reported the same thing! MERGE is being worked on NOW and NEWS will be released on an ongoing basis! Some report 5 major PRs to come. The biggest being the final PR confirming the MERGE is complete!
6. CEO hinted that this MERGE will make PRIVATE FINANCING more likely, which means he probably has a plan to PR some sort of private financing deal as well! This would be HUGE!!!!
Any which way you look at it, all signs point towards TPHM going up and over 1 PENNY and possibly much much higher!
The key will be completing the MERGE and finding out how much REVENUE the newly formed entity is producing! I expect this to be the biggest surprise of all!
TPHM is going to go from making zero dollars per year to being a PROFITABLE COMPANY OVER NIGHT!!!!!
This will result in MULTI PENNIES OVER NIGHT!!!!!!!
