Im not particularly sure why they would have released such a patently absurd pr, I dont think that anyone was at all fooled by it if it is a scam, like I said, the prices of oil are higher now and should be in the forty dollar range for at least the next year, the economics of oil recovery will change and they will be looking at different technology for to capitalize on this. while I agree that this is not a particularly good thing to happen, no need to panic
