Another positive Nick: if USCI actually did sign that marketing agreement as per their last PR , and it is not an outright lie, then we have some hope.
It would mean, IMO, that they have prospective customers looking to buy, lease, joint-venture or whatever.
If this is the case, Meeks should fullfil the SEC requirements as soon as he can so that he can continue talking to other marketing organisations in the US.
However by not naming the marketer he signed the deal with is very scary for investors.
I just hope it was'nt a bullchit PR.
Keep fingers, toes and eyes crossed and all we can hope for is that USCI trades again.
