Ford and Mazda

Per Mazda website Ford owns 13.8% of Mazda as of November 2008. That was a reduction from around 33% ownership. 39000 consolidated employees and 22000 unconsolidated employees. I don't know the difference but of the total 11600 are plant workers and 10500 are office/technical staff.
