3 unsecured creditors could force involunatry BK in the state of Utah. We have 3 particpants on our note, and the case could be made that though only one note exits, there are three seperate unsecured parties. I have looked into it. As far as the rest goes, my attorney is telling me a slightly different story, and you know what free advice is worth (I am paying my attorney not you).
