Reg,

1) A single debtor has little to no chance in forcing a BK and I am sure your attorney knows this.

2) A judgement would not prevent someone from paying CPRK's bills. Although, it would prevent them from being able to collect before the party who has the judgment in place.

3) If someone attempts to circumvent another person from saving the company without taking away from the collateral that the someone currently has and that someone causes that company going under, causing shareholders, other lenders and debtors to lose what is owed to them, best be prepared to face suits from the injured parties as well. :>
