I agree with you but if this thing really turns out be a scam, i don't think the SEC would do anything about it... there are thousands of these "companies" infesting the waters.
Hopefully JD will prove us wrong by coming back with some killer news but i really doubt it, at the rate he is going... but hey, we don't need amazing news, all we need is something decent so the pumping machine gets to work one more time...
