February has also been one of the worst winters for parts of the country. Ironic eh. And then ya combine that with a softened economy.

It's gonna get better, while I think we'll see at least one more snow here in central VA, think the worst of it is over for us. This has been the first winter in what seems close to 15 years that was pretty darn close to NORMAL. By normal I mean, cold air in place most of the time, so that as moisture moves across the coast each week, ya got a weekly chance of snow!!!!

Think avg normal daily temp here in Winter is...35 in Dec, 45 or so in Jan/Feb.

Not exactly being a rocket scientist by saying Car sales will pick up as warm weather moves in and tax returns come in and we stop being so sheltered and believing everything we hear on TV.
