That depends on what you mean by succeeds. If you mean pump up the share price again on another scam, then nothing changes with me. And that is how the insiders have defined success all along. If you mean build a real product that becomes a commercial success, I will be the first to admit it has become a success.

I have not seen such stats, but it is running at a 100% rate with this scam. They have failed at every important thing they have pumped and each time they have morphed it led to more failure.
