Deadline for Submission of Proposed Restructuring
Plan (Related Parties) May 31, 2010

Deadline for Submission of Proposed Restructuring
Plan (Trustees) June 30, 2010

No mention of the plan per se that I could see, hence no mention of the common shares.

It's a long way 'til tax write-off season; hopefully we'll hear something definite by the summer.
