Remember that that dude Hernandez talked about how happy the government was with the way PQI acted environmentally sensitive.
Also they are already in place with their equipment and built that long road to the plant site right through the mountains and jungle.
They should be very competitive and have a track record. I would be very surprised it they did not get some of the work.

I would like to see a PR early this week. PDAC is at the end of the week and they can certainly provide a production up date for the end of the quarter, some exploration figures, and a decision on PQI. If they again cancel the meeting and don't say something before PDAC, we will be buying the company at $0.25/share!
