The reason that I took the I-Box down was because it was not factual..(And full of old hype) Your latest post while the shares that you post are correct,, the amount of shares that will be out due to conversion of debt is much higher,, infact almost 8X higher.. While the debt is convertible into shares starting at $0.32 and progresses higher,, the funds do go to SPMI to help in thier expansion efforts..

The latest qtr. that has yet to be reported might have earnings not quite as robust as first thought due to the weather conditions thruout the south this winter..

SPMI today with its conversion possibilities can build to become a major force in it's area and may well be able to expand into other associated areas.. But to be touted that it will fly and double and redouble many times over is not in the cards.. As I have posted there prob. is a lid at $0.40 due to conversion but the faster it converts the faster it may expand..I last bought stock at $0.07 which I posted but because I believe that posters like you add nothing to the discussion and only wish that the stock would go higher I have pulled my close bids....

True I want to buy SPMI lower but not by bashing or hyping but because I'm here for the long run as I have been all along..

I hope to buy your cheapies because you wish only to move along.. If you believe that what was in the old I-Box was correct put in a bid and ave. your position down.. As for me I'll sit back and just wait to see what happens..

At present I have buy orders in below the market and no sell orders below $0.10.. I'm long 242,682 shares.. hank
