let's not forget that the government had Maheu go to court and lie, under oath, about his knowledge of CMKX. He claimed to know nothing but the government was willing to throw our whole justice system under the bus and suborn perjury over a subpenny scam ran by an ex prison guard/U-Haul manager. Of course, the judge had to be a part of the conspiracy as well and agree to this perjured testimony for the greater good. I suppose that he got immunity from prosecution for this patriotic act. This leads to the conspiracy including all those that may have found out he had immunity from perjury before the trial.
