fair enough, I just don't see it going out that far, because we're so close further delays would have to be justified and last minute delays tactics have all been used up IMO

by the way, I think your post was ok, I had understood in the first paragraph that you thought settlements were NOT in negotiatins instead your clearly wrote ARE IN, so I beleive it's too early for me, baby didnt sleep well last nite.
