janice,,,I support the guy for filing a complaint not some sting b.s.. I do not believe there is trillions of dollars sitting around to be paid. I go by what I know and the only thing I do know is Morris Richards from the DTCC told me on the phone money was collected and he did not know why it has not been distributed.
