GDVI* This line from their most recent S-8 really says all that needs to be said in regards to the potential to run here:
"We are authorized to issue 75,000,000 shares of common stock, and we have no other classes of shares. Currently we have 42,400,000 shares outstanding. We have no options or warrants outstanding."

* Then, take a look at their most recent 10-Q. Their operating expense per quarter is just over $6,000. That looks like just paying the accountant to prepare and file with the SEC. There is less than 80K in liabilities. This is an amazingly clean SEC reporting shell! Reading the 10-Q, it is obvious their business is done in my opinion and what you have left is a shell that a multi-million dollar a year company will merge into.

* Then there's this : GVDI big find! Looks like something may be in the works with Whole Foods! GVDI website changed - http://www.goldenvalleydevelopment.com
Straight from their last 10K/A, www.goldenvalleydevelopment.com is their website. Something big is up here! This tells you why the buying pressure has been happening.

* BTW, Whole Foods Market Inc. (WFMI) currently trading @ $ 35.49 USD (nasdaq)
http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/summaryquote.a...

* The director of GDVI, Arthur Davis is also the VP/Owner of Adavco Inc.
Here is Mr Davis profile link

Mr Arthur Davis forte is whole foods/produce brokering.....Whole Foods is in this market.
Pure speculation on my part but it maybe that Whole Foods is interested in aquiring Mr Davis' expertise and holdings....

* Also, just want to add...The more I think about this the more it makes sense. My theory/speculation that is! If WholeFoods aquires Mr Davis & GVDI and the quality, whole foods brokering exchange expertise + a clean shell to setup their very own Whole Foods Produce brokering exchange then Whole Foods will be able to control 3 very important things:
1. Quality
2. Where the produce is purchased from (True Organic produce/small farmers that complies with Whole Foods Organic Food Produce quality definitions and policies) and lastly
3. Better control of the cost = better consumer pricing = better competition.

* Now look what happened yesterday : volume 26 feb. 2010 = 762,969
562,803 traded @ ask / 199,181 traded @ bid / 985 in between
short volume 551,565

This is going to be a huge short squeeze. The MM's have no shares. They were shorting this at .01 also. They have to cover. This could go to .05 in a day.
