Here's something that I just don't understand and maybe someone can explain it a little more in detail to me.

This stock closes on upward volume/movement at .2931 yesterday yet it opens at .282 but on upward volume (1 mil) and movement. If the volume is high and the movement is up, why didn't the stock open up at .293? If something moved it down overnight, how come we do not see this on our sophisticated software?

Educate me please? if you are going to say the obvious which is MM manipulation, then don't waste your typing skills LOL!
