Found this too though..

Dallas-based Tyler Technologies Inc. signed contracts to implement its municipal court case management software in St. Louis County and Birmingham, Al., municipal courts.

The two agreements, which include software licenses, as well as professional services, maintenance and support are valued at nearly $1.6 million.

I think it appears most do not disclose contracts, but as the above example shows, some do.
