DM put that language in HIS PR, not me. That is his out for the SEC.

To a novice investor like yourself, it appears legit as was all the crafty language before the RS in his releases that fooled folks.

He puts it in to cover his ass when the divis are either not issued or never cleared for tradings. Why not say, that in 12 months the legends will be lifted for all shareholders and the company will be compliant to do so... instead he gives himself an out... duped again.

And it is foolish to say it is free, as far as i can see you have to buy shares and spend money to get them. He snookers folks to buy his stock thinking they get 2 for one. Classic...
