Oh come on now, "never willingly in the game to begin with"?

Whether we're talking about pump and dump scams like CMKM Diamonds and Overstock.com or whether we're talking about the real estate bubble that expanded then collapsed, everyone who played did so willingly.

This is precisely the lack of accountability that draws my scorn.
