I am not sure this naked shorting is going on. Can anyone verify the accuracy of this information? It doesn't make since with the news and then also technically it looks like it has stabilized in this trading range. But if it is, I kind of doubt they will follow the 10% rule. They would be alreadly outside the lines and the SEC doesn't have a lot of time to chase after BB stock rule breakers.

IMO The best strategy is to take advantage of the short by buying some of it. I noticed some selling this morning in a down market day so I am trying to get some today at .39

It very well could be one of the long time shareholders who have given up.
