'sailcat'..Actually ..Most of what midas716 is correct!..Have you read the mutltiple SEC Doc's...???..Also have you or anybody else noticed that CYSG does not deal with ANY BANK.??? Did you know Midmark is listed in SEC doc's as a subsidiary of CYSG..and they have been financing CYSG..via convertibles..See the circle ..Connect the dots..CYSG is acting as it's own bank!!!!!! How many many companies have you ever known to do that????? ...Same with DNPI..Take a look at their very transparent filings and you will see the same...SOMEWHERE OUT THERE IN 'CYSG-DNPI-NIC TOM'S WORLD' THERE IS ONE MONSTER PILE OF CASH"...and sooner or later it's gonna show up...SC
