It's a free world...but I would not send it. Every time I have contacted Petaquilla Minerals, Ltd. either in Panama or Vancouver, Canada, I have received an accurate professional answer almost immediately. This has been whether in writing or by phone. I would think that they are waiting until the end of the quarter when they will be able to update us with the production figures for the third quarter, albeit without any balance sheet, income statement, or source and use of funds report.
What more can they say since they have told us already all of the things that they are currently working on up through the end of the fiscal year. About 45 years ago I ran a large production company in Spain and I recall that we had to maintain three sets of books because of the different laws and countries involved.
In like manner, Petaquilla must comply with Panamanian, USA, and Canadian regulations. Hence it takes a while to produce statements. Also, they must be reconciled with each other. Recall the many pages of notes that accompanied last years report. (It is still available on the SEC site.)
GO BACK TO SLEEP UNTIL JULY!!! FAR MORE MONEY WILL BE THERE THAN YOU REALIZE!! MAYBE $20.00/SHARE IN 2012! I AM GOING TO START A PAPER ROUTE SO I CAN BUY MORE SHARES.
