Expect a huge shake before settlement, they may run this up to .40 again get everybody's hopes up then drop it like it's hot, especially if we don't get the SJ ruling. They are going to drop it triggering stop losses, and scaring the crap out of shareholders, and then settle it with out a moments notice, leaving a bunch of people on the sidelines. Don't fall for it. GOOOOO WAMU! HOLD THOSE SHARES!
