According to pinksheets.com under company info, there was a 2 for 1 split effective 1/20/2010. This created outstanding of shares of 89.872mil, this would cause a price stock dilution if new owners are willing to sell their new stock and hold on to their original. Usually after a stock split it is not uncommon for the price of to decline. Also, you normally do not have a stock split unless everything going good.
