Very simple,SEC does not regulate OB/PK stocks.They have a motion in Congress tabled for discussion in about 2 months. You think they are going to regulate these guys when they have their hands full with blue chips. They hope these guys will just fade away into the sunset......takes money to fight,most don't have. The risk we take when playing here. I sent Bill Wiseman another email,don't expect a response.
